Proven Reductions in CO₂ & Other Particulates
A recent study from the CTU in Prague, comparing HVO blends to traditional diesels, has yielded significant findings. The research demonstrates that an HVO30 blend not only reduces CO₂ emissions and mitigates the disadvantages of FAME, but also achieves substantial reductions—by tens of percent—in other harmful pollutants such as carbon monoxide, total hydrocarbons, particulate matter, and smoke. Crucially, these HVO blends were shown to maintain or even improve engine power and performance due to cleaner combustion.
